We have been meeting at 3 Rivers Rowing Club for many years to 'get the long runs' in for whatever spring or fall marathon is coming. Also to enjoy the comradarie of other weird and fun runners - how else can you get through it? We usually have water breaks and/or a support vehicle to help us out. Come out and get it done.
