Is a group of runners, who meets every Saturday of the month at 8 am to run throughout downtown Columbus. Our scheduled runs are generally 3-8 miles in distance. This is an opportunity to get in shape and engage in a community of like-minded individuals. This group is open to all runners! So if you're fast or slow, we invite you to join us. Fitness walkers training for marathons, half marathons or just meeting to walk. Mainly walk on Saturday mornings, outside if the weather permits, or in the mall if sidewalks are icy. We also have members who walk on Sundays or mornings during the week. Anyone is welcome to join, we offer training tips on technique, clothing, cross-training, nutrition. We have had participants from their 20s through early 80s complete a marathon with us and welcome any fitness level.
