… I would like us to explore exercising as new moms, maybe train for a marathon together. I want to volunteer somewhere in the city and would like for us to do it as a group. We will work on these things as our group becomes more concrete.
We meet every week at the store every Wednesday at 5:30 PM. Rain, Sun, Heat, or Cold we're always out running. We run anywhere from 3-7 miles a week, depending on how far you want to go. We start at the store and will do a walking warm-up down to Tenaya, allowing people to socialize and get to know one another before we begin. Then once we get to Tenaya we will do an easy jog as a warm-up to Buckskin Basin at Bunker Park. Once there people can run the loop that is about 1.25 miles. You can eith …
Fun group of people that meets EVERY Wednesday night! Abilities and fitness levels range from 1 mile walkers to 3 hour marathoners.. You will not be the slowest person! Our runs are for fitness and/or socializing. Distances currently range from 1 mile to 5 miles.. the 5 mile run will likely get extended during the summer. No attitudes here, just friendly people getting their fit on!
